The comedian was raised in Adams, Tenn., which boasts a population size of 500. Her graduating class was a whopping 47 kids.
Adams is a farming community, and Morgan was raised by parents who came from a long line of farmers. The family operated a meat processing plant.

Morgan has been married to Chuck Morgan for more than 30 years. She met the mobile homes salesman while attending the University of Tennessee. The two married in 1993.
Morgan describes her husband as being an introvert and a self-starter, which balances out her more creative tendencies. “I’m an underachiever and I haven’t done much right, but I’m fun,” she says in her Netflix special I’m Every Woman.
Who Are Leanne Morgan’s Children?
The comedy queen and her husband Chuck are parents to three children, a son and two daughters, and two grandchildren.
Their son Charlie was born Aug. 19, 1993, with Maggie following on April 3, 1996 and Tess on Jan. 20, 1998.
Charlie married his college sweetheart in 2026 and the couple have since welcomed two sons. The Morgans are empty-nesters living in Knoxville, Tenn.
