‘Redneck Woman’ Gretchen Wilson Selling Luxurious Tennessee Home

Gretchen Wilson is selling her luxurious Tennessee home, and pictures show a residence that’s very upscale for country’s self-proclaimed “Redneck Woman.”

Wilson has listed her 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,225-square-foot house in the rural Nashville suburb of Lebanon, Tenn., for $625,000, and according to its listing, the lavish residence has already received multiple offers after just days on the market.

Wilson’s home was built in 2018, and according to online property sites, she purchased it in October of 2021, paying $535,000. Her current asking price of $625,000 breaks down to $281 per square foot and a monthly payment of $3,935.

The listing calls Wilson’s house a “little slice of Heaven,” touting the privacy and quiet of the 2.5-acre property.

The highlights of the luxury home include:

  • High trayed ceilings.
  • Granite and tile finishes.
  • A primary suite with an attached bathroom and built-ins in the closet.
  • A large bonus room over the garage.
  • A screened porch and a large covered porch at the back of the property.

According to the listing, the highest and best offer received by June 3 will win the bidding war over Wilson’s beautiful home.

The singer has been making major real estate moves over the last decade-plus.

She sold her former residence, a 360-acre farm in Wilson County, Tenn., in 2011 after the death of her beloved uncle, who had lived with her and her daughter.

Wilson subsequently listed her next luxury residence for sale in 2016 for $1.7 million, and later sold the property for $2.1 million in April of 2021, according to online property sites.
