While many country artists are polishing their brand new ACM Awards trophies from this year, Reba McEntire and the show-runners are already preparing for the 60th ACM Awards.
The country singer announced she will return to host in 2025.
“Hey, everyone, it’s Reba,” she says in a video shared by the ACM Awards. “If you watched this year’s ACM Awards, you know, I told you I’d be back to host again next year. And as your returning host, I’m excited to announce that the 60th ACM Awards will be returning to Texas and Prime Video on May 8, 2025.”
“It’s going to be an absolute can’t-miss show, and I can’t wait to be there with you,” McEntire continues.
“I hope to see you at the Ford Center at The Star in Texas next May.”
What to Expect at the 2025 ACM Awards
It’s not a huge surprise McEntire will be back to host again next year. As the 2024 ACM Awards came to a close, the “Seven Minutes in Heaven” singer announced to the crowd that she would be back at the helm and reminded everyone that the next event will be the show’s landmark 60th anniversary.
With McEntire calling the 2025 edition a “can’t-miss” show, it’s likely there will be some surprises as the ACM Awards mark six decades of country music honors.
For the third year in a row, the 60th ACM Awards will be held at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The show is set for May 8, 2025 and will once again stream on Amazon Prime Video for a fourth year.
