Priscilla Presley is facing explosive new legal allegations from two former business partners who claim she withdrew medical care from her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, in the hours before her death.
A new lawsuit paints a picture of a bitter dispute over money, control, and Elvis Presley’s legacy — with Lisa Marie’s final moments now at the center of a $50 million legal battle.
What Are the Allegations in the Priscilla Presley Lawsuit?
In a lawsuit filed Monday (Aug. 11) in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko accuse the 80-year-old of “pulling the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted” to the hospital in January 2023.
Lisa Marie — the only child of Priscilla and Elvis Presley — died after suffering a cardiac arrest at the age of 54.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the plaintiffs allege Priscilla ignored Lisa’s “clear directive to ‘prolong her life’” as part of an effort to “regain control” of Elvis’ lucrative estate.
They claim she knew Lisa was preparing to remove her as sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust.
Kruse and Fialko also say Priscilla pushed Kruse to “issue a statement to the media” immediately after Lisa’s death to “control the narrative.”
They’re seeking more than $50 million in damages, accusing her of fraud, breach of contract, and launching a smear campaign that included false accusations of elder abuse.
Has Priscilla Presley Commented on the Lawsuit Against Her?
Priscilla’s attorney, Martin D. Singer, issued a strong denial in a statement to Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday (Aug. 13), calling the lawsuit “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless” he has ever seen.
“This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman in blatant retaliation,” for Priscilla’s own lawsuit against Kruse and Fialko, Singer said.

What Happened to Graceland After Lisa Marie Presley Died?
Lisa Marie inherited Elvis’ famed Graceland estate after he died in 1977. Upon her passing, ownership passed to her eldest daughter, Riley Keough, 36.
After a brief legal dispute over Lisa Marie’s will, Riley and Priscilla settled out of court.
“Things with Grandma will be happy,” Lisa Marie’s daughter told Vanity Fair in late 2024.

Riley added, “There was a bit of upheaval [after my mom died], but now everything’s going to be how it was. [Priscilla’s] a beautiful woman, and she was a huge part of creating my grandfather’s legacy and Graceland. It’s very important to her. He was the love of her life.”
Lisa Marie Presley was nine years old when her father Elvis Presley died in 1977. This gallery of rarely seen family pictures shows how fond the rock n’ roll legend was of his little girl.
