Noah Cyrus Announces ‘I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me’ Album, Tour

Noah Cyrus knows who she is now — and she wants her second studio album I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me to catch everyone else up, too. “For a long time, I couldn’t really trust in my own choices. I had to learn how to make decisions for myself and make that transition into adulthood,” Cyrus said in a statement. “But I’ve found who I am, I know who I am, and this record shows what I had inside me all this time. This album is me.”

Out July 11, the album will include the previously released singles “I Saw the Mountains” and “Don’t Put It All on Me” along with nine new tracks. Cyrus’ featured guests include Fleet Foxes, Ella Langley, Blake Shelton, and Bill Callahan. She also found an indirect collaborator in her father, Billy Ray Cyrus. “With You,” which appears towards the end of the track list, is the first song he wrote. “My dad is one of my biggest influences,” Cyrus said. “He turned me on to so many great songs and artists. My musical inspirations came from somewhere, and more often than not, it’s been him.”

Cyrus will celebrate the arrival of I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me with an album release show in Los Angeles ahead of an extensive North American tour kicking off in September. General ticket sales begin Friday, June 20 at 10 a.m. local time, with pre-sale beginning Tuesday, June 17 at 10 a.m. local time.

I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me follows the 2022 release of The Hardest Part. “I want this album to offer fans a sense of comforting, peaceful nostalgia,” Cyrus said. “That’s something that I feel so heavily when I listen to music. We all want to connect with our past while also being aware of the present moment. Music does that for me, and this collection of songs was made with that in mind. I want to evoke that feeling of a comforting friend that a song can be — and allow us all to heal.”
