A luxurious Nashville home owned by the McBee family from TV’s The McBee Dynasty is back on the market after a previous sale fell through.
When Did the McBee Dynasty House Go on the Market?
The McBee family first listed their 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,805-square-foot home in Nashville in April of 2025, asking $1,589,900 for the property.
The property went into contingency status on July 22, but according to Steven McBee Jr., the sale fell through at the last minute because of something he said.
Why Is the McBee Family’s Nashville Home Back for Sale?
In an episode of their podcast, he told his brother, Cole, that the entire family was “a little mad” at him, adding, “Rightfully so.”
That’s because he “screwed up the sale” with remarks he made during an appearance on the So Bad It’s Good With Ryan Bailey podcast on Aug. 20.
“Everyone was asking me about Nashville, and they’re, like, ‘Well, do you guys have any plans to go down to Nashville soon?’” he related. “And I was like, ‘Actually, we just sold our house.’ And I said ‘sold’ in the past tense. I thought the deal was done. It had gone through everything.”
“The house was two days away from actually closing,” he added. “Well, that interview comes out. It threw the potential buyers up in arms whenever I said we’re not going back to Nashville. I don’t know what it was … they backed out. Dad called me; he was not very happy.”
How Much is the McBee Dynasty House Listed For?
The luxurious residence is now listed at $1,579,900.
Why Are the McBees Selling Their Nashville Home?
The luxurious Music City residence has been the scene of quite a bit of drama over the two seasons of The McBee Dynasty, including wild parties, hookups with women and family drama.
“We decided that Nashville was not the place for us anymore,” McBee said in August. “We get in too much trouble when we go down there.”
What Is The McBee Dynasty?
