A KFC employee has leaked a photo that seems to confirm that a major change is being implemented at KFC locations across America.

A supposed employee of KFC went on Reddit to show proof of a new ‘No Refunds’ policy, and now, people are mad about it.

The sign is placed by the register in the front of the store and reads:

“We are no longer issuing refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your order we will make it right for you.”

Basically, this means they will refuse to give you your money back and will instead remake your order.

This rubs some people the wrong way in the comments section:

“The photo above is basically giving employees permission to FA as much as they want with no repercussions.”

“Customer service in the USA went from the best in the world to the equivalent of a third world country in less than a decade. I’ll take the refund every time because I do not trust people after complaining that something is wrong.”

“Last time I went to KFC for lunch there was trimmed hair in my sandwich. Best believe that’s an immediate complaint and chargeback, no way I’m letting them make me food again after that.”
