‘Fixer Upper’ Star Offering a Sweet Deal on Charming Waco Home

Fixer Upper star Clint Harp is selling his charming home in Waco, Texas, and fans of the show will recognize the famous residence.

Harp is asking $550,000 for his 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,738-square-foot house in Waco, and that asking price is actually a pretty sweet deal.

According to online property sites, the carpenter, podcast host, author and star of Magnolia Network’s Renovation Road first listed the house for $650,000 on April 8, 2024. He reduced the asking price to $550,000 on May 17.

If Harp receives his current asking price, it will break down to $201 per square foot and a monthly payment of $4,174.

Realtor.com reports that the Harp House appeared on Season 1 of Fixer Upper, when series stars Joanna and Chip Gaines helped Harp and his wife, Kelly, renovate the historic home.

Originally built in 1913, Harp’s house has been restored and fully updated without losing its historic charm. The home’s amenities include:

  • High ceilings and exposed beams.
  • A primary suite with a sitting area and an attached bathroom with a clawfoot tub.
  • A fully modern kitchen with exposed wood accents.
  • An outdoor lounging and entertaining area with a wooden pergola.
