The 14th Annual We Love Christian Music Awards returns with a refreshed vision, expanded categories, and a renewed focus on the songs that defined the past year. Voting is now open at https://nrt.cc/WLA14Vote, where fans can choose the winners in all 13 categories through Friday, February 20.
Winners will be revealed during the WLA14 Winners Announcement Special, airing Sunday, March 22 at 8PM EST / 7PM CST on YouTube, giving fans everywhere a shared experience.
This year places special emphasis on song-driven categories, with the addition of COUNTRY/ROOTS SONG OF THE YEAR, and the return of DANCE/REMIX SONG OF THE YEAR and MUSIC VIDEO OF THE YEAR. With an overwhelming number of standout releases this year, each category now features six nominees instead of five. In total, 83 artists received nominations, including 29 independent artists, underscoring the Awards’ commitment to celebrating both established names and emerging voices across the Christian music landscape.
Several trends define this year’s field. BRANDON LAKE appears across major categories, including Song of the Year, Contemporary Song of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, and Music Video of the Year. FOR KING & COUNTRY secure nominations for Song of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, and Music Video of the Year, while JOSIAH QUEEN continues his breakout momentum with presence in song, contemporary, and collaboration categories. The MAINSTREAM IMPACT AWARD reflects faith’s growth in cultural presence, welcoming nominees like JELLY ROLL, NF, SARAH REEVES, ALEX WARREN, and TWENTY ONE PILOTS. Independent worship collectives and creatives–including NCS COLLECTIVE, EAUCLAIRE, HOPEFUL., PRESENCE MUSIC, SAPHIRE, PSALMS OF DAVID, and others–also make a strong showing alongside new artists like JAMIE MACDONALD, MARY-CLAIR, CARLY ANN TAYLOR, FRANNI CASH, and CLAIRE LESLIE.
To help voters explore this year’s music, the Awards offer nomination videos for each category and the official We Love Awards Playlist on Spotify and Apple Music. Both are available at WeLoveAwards.com, giving fans an easy way to hear all the nominees before deciding their favorites. Everyone who votes is automatically entered into weekly prize giveaways through February 20, including tech gear, gift cards, and more.
