Elvis Presley‘s granddaughter and heir, actress Riley Keough, has found a buyer for her historic cottage in the Los Angeles area, just weeks after listing the charming property for sale.
Keough, 34, most recently earned raves for her starring role in Daisy Jones & the Six. She listed her 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,191-square-foot cottage in the Atwater Village area of L.A. for just under $1.6 million on April 26.
According to online property sites, Keough has accepted an offer on her historic home. The sale is contingent, and she is currently accepting backup offers.
The price for the current offer is unknown, but if Keough received her asking price of $1,595,000, it would break down to $1,339 per square foot and a monthly payment of $11,084.
While it’s significantly smaller than most celebrity homes, the charming cottage offers top-flight amenities that include:
- A large living room with a coved ceiling, picture windows and bench seats that overlook the garden.
- A formal dining room.
- A modernized kitchen.
- A primary suite that offers dual closets, French doors and an attached bathroom with a spa tub.
- An attic room that boasts a daybed and alcove seating.
- Multiple outdoor spaces with careful landscaping and mature fruit trees.
- A detached infrared sauna.

Originally built in 1927, the house has been carefully updated in a way that retains its original elements. It sits on a 4,797-squre-foot lot behind hedges that ensure privacy. A private entry leads to a stone courtyard at the front of the residence.
Keough’s real estate news comes amid her fight to preserve the famed Presley family home of Graceland in Memphis, which was slated to go to auction on Thursday (May 23).
Keough inherited Graceland after her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, died in 2023, and she went to court earlier in May to stop the sale of the estate, claiming the documents at the heart of the sale were forged and the entire foreclosure auction was fraudulent.
A judge sided with Keough in a ruling on May 22, halting the auction with a temporary injunction. The investment company that intended to auction the property subsequently withdrew their claim with prejudice, which means they cannot re-file.
Todd Bachenheimer and Sherri Rogers at Compass Realty hold the listing on Keough’s historic Los Angeles property.
