I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I began my radio career in 1989 as an on-air personality WKRQ – Q102 and worked at WYGY – Young Country Y96 until 2000. During that time I got into television and began doing commercials around the greater Cincinnati area. I worked with many different charities while in radio. One that is close to his heart is The Make a Wish Foundation. In 1996 I rode a roller coaster 12 hours a day for 5 days straight. Then again in 1999 I rode that same roller coaster 12 hours a day for 10 days straight for 3 children at The Make a Wish Foundation. I rode it for a total of 2,300 times during those 10 days.
