Music and listening to the radio has always been a big part of my life. It was when I attended Central Michigan University I discovered I wanted to be an on-air personality. I got a broadcasting degree and started my career in Ft. Wayne at a country music station. After about a year, I just had to move to Nashville and immerse myself in Music City. I worked on-air for a bit but ultimately ended up working at a recording studio.

Although I didn’t work full-time on-air after that, I have done part-time on-air announcing for much of my adult life. I feel so blessed to now be a part of the Thasis network on Country Jamz.

I live in Michigan but spend a lot of time in Nashville as well, and have 3 grown children and a grandson. I loved being a sports mom and now I get to be a sports Grandma. My other hobby is traveling. Life is good!!
