Jennifer Sheets is a Nashville-based radio host, author, and business leader whose career has moved fluidly from the stage to the boardroom and back to the microphone. She is the creator and host of Master the Workforce, broadcasting live each Sunday from Music Row on Cumulus’ Supertalk 99.7 WTN, and regularly fills in for nationally syndicated hosts across Middle Tennessee. Her love for the mic began early — singing since age three and later moving to Nashville to pursue her dream, performing everywhere from winning a citywide competition on 107.5 The River to singing at a Nashville Predators game.
Jennifer later founded MasterStaff, Inc., growing it into one of the nation’s fastest-growing staffing and workforce strategy firms. Over 25 years, she has helped place more than 40,000 people across the U.S. and Canada, working with brands such as Bridgestone, Macy’s, Asurion, and Hot Topic. A sought-after speaker and Amazon best-selling author of The Human Capital Lifeline, Jennifer has been featured by Nashville Lifestyles, the Nashville Business Journal, and international trade organizations, and currently serves as President of CEO Life’s Nashville chapter.
A proud mother of two, Jennifer is also a dedicated childhood cancer advocate and remains deeply connected to Nashville’s music scene — still jumping on stage whenever the moment calls.
