Christina Haack Selling Luxurious Nashville Home Amid Divorce

Christina Haack Selling Luxurious Nashville Home Amid Divorce

Christina Haack has listed her stunning Tennessee home for sale amid her divorce battle — but her estranged husband, Josh Hall, is trying to make things difficult.

Haack has listed her 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,218-square-foot luxury farmhouse outside of Nashville for $4.5 million, and the listing photos show a deluxe farmhouse that is both luxurious and down-to-earth.

Highlights of the upscale home include:

  • A soaring great room with high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.
  • An open and airy kitchen with double ovens.
  • An owner’s suite with his and hers closets and a massive, spa-like master bathroom.
  • A mud room, an oversized laundry room and more.

The home’s exterior is just as impressive, encompassing a screened-in porch, a pool and hot tub, a barn with fenced areas for animals and more.

The house sits on just under 24 rural acres outside of Nashville that include trails, streams and more, offering a perfect mix of modern living and getting back to nature.

Haack shot to fame on Flip or Flop, starring alongside her first husband, Tarek El Moussa. She was also previously married to Ant Anstead from 2018-2021.

Haack and Hall starred together in a reality show titled Christina in the Country until Hall filed for divorce in July of 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.

Hall later vacated the home they had shared in California and moved to the Tennessee property. He’s been living there in recent months, and when Haack listed the property for sale on Oct. 4, he responded with a legal filing on Oct. 9, asking a judge to allow him to stay.

Haack filed court papers in July demonstrating that she purchased the house before she even met Hall and is the sole owner.

According to People, Haack struck a temporary agreement with Hall that he could continue living at the property before she listed it. He’s asking the court to postpone or prevent the sale of the house, claiming that he has “appreciation interest” in the home since he helped make mortgage payments during the marriage.

Kelly Dougherty with Parks Realty holds the official listing on Haack’s Tennessee residence. Scroll through the pictures below to see inside the luxury property, and keep scrolling to see several country stars’ luxury farmhouses.
