“This is a sweet collection of songs that tell the stories of my relationship with the Lord,” shares Bella Taylor Smith. “They are for people to listen to in their cars, while they are reading the word, or rocking their children to sleep. I pray these songs are a blessing, comfort, and encouragement to everyone who hears them.”
The focus track, “home,” captures the heart of the project, reflecting on glimpses of eternity found in everyday life.
“‘home’ is a song that I wrote to give attention to all the ways the Lord gives us a glimpse of what home is while we wait for what eternity will be like,” she explains. “The sunshine, a lullaby, the lilies—what a sweet gift all these things are, that make earth our home for now.”
With for the home, Bella continues to build a body of work that serves both the Church and the wider world, offering listeners an invitation to encounter God and grow deeper in their faith. Together with FOR THE HOUSE, which was created for corporate worship, the two-part project reflects Bella’s vision to serve both the Church and individual listeners through music that blends artistry with ministry.
ABOUT BELLA TAYLOR SMITH: Bella Taylor Smith first rose to prominence after winning The Voice Australia in 2021. She has since amassed over 50 million career streams and earned an ARIA Top 35 single with her song, “Look Me In The Eyes.” Her global audience spans more than 345K followers across platforms, including 125K on Instagram, 111K on TikTok, and 97K on YouTube. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Bella began her musical journey as a worship leader at Hillsong Church.
