Amazon Music releases three new live recordings drawn from performances at the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards.
Fans can hear Kane Brown deliver a moving rendition of Ray Charles’ “Georgia On My Mind;” Thomas Rhett debut his new single, “Beautiful As You;” and Nate Smith–the winner of this year’s New Male Artist of the Year award and the next Breakthrough artist from Amazon Music–perform a duet of his song “Bulletproof” feat. Avril Lavigne. Available exclusively on Amazon Music, the tracks celebrate the artists and their riveting live performances during last week’s ACM Awards.
16-time ACM Award-winning entertainment icon, Reba McEntire, hosted the two-hour concert event, which streamed live for an international audience across 240+ countries and territories exclusively on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch from the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. During the live broadcast, McEntire also enthusiastically announced her return as host for the monumental 60th ACM Awards, taking place in 2025.
“Being from Georgia, this song has always meant a lot to me,” said Kane Brown. “It’s one of my favorite moments to perform for my fans each night during the In the Air Tour, and I knew I wanted to perform it on the ACM Awards. And then, having my version be a part of the Masters this year, that was definitely a milestone.”
Thomas Rhett shared, “I’m so excited to be able to debut this song on the ACM Awards. It’s been one of my favorite songs ever since we wrote it and it’s something sonically a little different from me. So, it’s just a great introduction to the new music and album that’s coming and kind of sets up the vibe for the next season of my career, and especially our live show.”
In addition to Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, and to Nate Smith feat. Avril Lavigne’s performances, the ACM Awards featured duets from Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan, as well as Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. The show also boasted additional performances from Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Tigirlily Gold, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Parker McCollum, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson, as well as a show stopping performance featuring brand new music from this year’s host, Reba McEntire.
Fans can relive all of the excitement of the 59th ACM Awards with the full rebroadcast now available to watch on Prime Video, the Amazon Music App, and for free on Amazon Freevee. Amazon Music is also streaming the Official ACM Awards playlist, which features a curated selection of music from the show’s winners. Listen on the Amazon Music app HERE.
