Curb Records award-winning band, We Are Messengers, announces their fifth studio album, Halfway Home. Slated for release Sept. 25, 2026, the upcoming project is available for pre-add, pre-save and pre-order here. Additionally, the group is giving fans a glimpse into the LP with the title cut now streaming — listen here. An accompanying music video also premiered today — watch here.
Expansive arena rock abounds on Halfway Home. Across 13 tracks — all co-written by Irish-born frontman Darren Mulligan — We Are Messengers explores the tension between the now and the not yet. A study in contrast, the set grapples with life’s contradictions in light of our humanity. Bridging the gap between heaven and earth, the experimental, atmospheric collection boasts perceptive lyrics, driving melodies and the biggest hooks of the band’s career, primed for enthusiastic crowds and We Are Messengers’ dynamic live show.
Admitting the narrow way is lonely at times, Mulligan acknowledges his need for other people along the journey of faith as he battles the tension of walking out an earthly existence while carrying eternity in his heart on the effort’s namesake. The hazy, electro-pop selection follows arena-ready radio single “Faith Hope Love.”
After a string of dates across Australia and New Zealand that included various packed shows, We Are Messengers is currently co-headlining the “Hope Nights” tour with Danny Gokey and special guest Jon Reddick through early May. Following the spring run, the collective is scheduled to play a batch of international shows in Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as a concert in Belfast, Ireland, on May 10, marking their first headlining Irish show in 12 years.
