Nashville, Tenn. (March 9, 2026) — Latin Country Artist MŌRIAH, has signed an exclusive agency agreement with CAA for music and acting. The singer/actor will be represented by music agents John Huie and Kara Enos (Nashville) and Dan Kim (Los Angeles) for acting, and Omar Garcia (Los Angeles) for Latin music. This summer, MŌRIAH will shoot a film with Sony Pictures and is confirmed to perform during a Nashville, July 4 celebration.
Named a 2025 CMT Next Woman of Country, MŌRIAH opened the 2025 CMA Music Fest with a Mariachi-backed performance, continuing to challenge—and expand—the boundaries of Country music.
Last Fall (2025) MŌRIAH released her debut Country Latin EP, NICE LIFE/BUENA VIDA, (released in English and Spanish), which she describes as “Tennessee soul meets Mexicana style.” The EPs feature “Superwoman” the duet with Multi-Platinum® selling Latin singer, Ana Bárbara. To coincide with the release of the EPs, MŌRIAH made her Grand Ole Opry debut – discovering how few Mexican-American and Hispanic artists had stood in the circle before her.
On the silver screen, MŌRIAH held the starring role in “Because of Gracia,” and portrayed legendary singer Loyce Whitman in the Ronald Reagan biopic, “Reagan”, alongside Dennis Quaid. MŌRIAH also made her theatrical debut in “Journey to Bethlehem,” a cinematic musical starring Antonio Banderas which premiered worldwide in November 2023. She also graced the small screen as Bathsheba in the television series, “The Chosen.” Earlier this year, she carried the female lead in the big screen thriller “MIMICs,” opposite Kristoffer Polaha (“Wonder Woman”, and “Jurassic World: Dominion”).
ABOUT MŌRIAH:
MŌRIAH’s Mexican roots are evident in her work as an actress, producer (music & film), recording artist and songwriter. The L.A. native who now calls Nashville home, delivered her debut track “Hasta Mañana” — in English and Spanish — last Fall, and is part of CMT’s 2025 Next Women of Country class. This Spring she released her follow up single, “Sombrero” — in English and Spanish — and was on hand to witness the song’s music video debut in Times Square in May. Billboard Magazine has taken note of her “country sound and mariachi flair,” while The Tennessean says she is “among the first to blend a strong Latin and mariachi influence into country music,” and Music Row Magazine notes, “It’s high time we had a Latina country star.” Most recently, Rolling Stone exclusively debuted the official music video to “Supermujeres” recorded and co-written by MŌRIAH and friend, Ana Bárbara.
Always paying tribute to her heritage, MŌRIAH often points to the words of her grandfather as she describes her artistic mission: “’La música no tiene fronteras’ which means “music has no borders.”
