The album dives into grief, pain, and loss. Many of the lyrics came from the sorrow that lead singer Ryan Clark felt after the passing of his mother.
One of their songs from the album, “Sorrow Light The Way,” has been nominated for the Rock/Alternative Song of the Year at the 14th Annual We Love Christian Music Awards. You can vote for them until February 20 at https://nrt.cc/WLA14Vote.
