Kings Kaleidoscope Returns to Its Roots with New Album

Acclaimed Seattle-based collective Kings Kaleidoscope returns to its roots with Asaph’s Arrows II, a new seven-song hymn and worship project releasing today on BEC Recordings. The first single, a fresh reimagining of the timeless classic “Amazing Grace,” was released earlier this summer. Listen to the whole album here

The album marks the launch of Kings Kaleidoscope Hymns, a dedicated home for the band’s worship and hymn arrangements, and celebrates a full-circle creative moment for the group.

“Before we ever dreamed of albums, touring, and becoming a real band, we cut our teeth arranging hymns for church,” Kings Kaleidoscope shared. “Now, a decade later, with six albums under our belt, these hymns remain fan favorites. Going back to our roots with Asaph’s Arrows II feels like rediscovering where it all began.”

Known for their inventive fusion of alternative gospel, orchestral, and experimental sounds, Kings Kaleidoscope brings new life to beloved hymns through dynamic arrangements that feel both reverent and bold. Their version of “Amazing Grace” reinterprets one of the world’s most enduring songs, often heard at moments of collective emotion and reflection, into something modern, hopeful, and alive.

Following the release, Kings Kaleidoscope will conclude The Credo Spirit Tour this fall and return to the road in 2026. For music, tour updates, and more information, visit www.kingskaleidoscope.com
