Jennifer Sheets

Jennifer Sheets is a Nashville-based radio host, author, and business leader whose career has taken her from the stage to the boardroom and back to the mic. She’s the creator and host of Master the Workforce, broadcast live each Sunday from the end of famed Music Row on Cumulus’ large-market Supertalk 99.7 WTN. Jennifer also fills in for nationally syndicated hosts including Chris Hahn and Matt Murphy, bringing her signature mix of energy, insight, and connection to listeners across Middle Tennessee and beyond.

Jennifer’s love for being behind a microphone started young — she began singing at age three, and years later packed everything she owned onto a trailer, bungee-corded it down, and moved to Nashville to chase her dream. She sang anywhere and everywhere that would have her, even winning a city-wide competition on 107.5 The River and performing between periods at a Nashville Predators game.

Life took a business turn when Jennifer founded MasterStaff, Inc., growing it into one of the fastest-growing staffing and workforce strategy firms in the country. Over 25 years, she’s placed more than 40,000 people in roles across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with powerhouse brands like Bridgestone, Macy’s, Asurion, and Hot Topic.

Her business expertise has earned her a seat on global stages — including as a keynote speaker at the Reuters Supply Chain Summit and a featured speaker at the International Trade Council’s Go Global Conference — and recognition as an Amazon best-selling author for The Human Capital Lifeline.

Her accolades include being featured in Nashville Lifestyles’ “Women in Business,” CIOLook Magazine’s “Supply Chain Leader to Watch,” the International Trade Council’s Business of the Year Award, and the Nashville Business Journal’s “Women of Influence.” She currently serves as President of CEO Life’s Nashville chapter, representing more than 40 chapters worldwide and a network of 600+ CEOs.

Away from the microphone, Jennifer is a proud mom of two — including a son who survived childhood leukemia three times after being diagnosed at just three and a half years old, and is now a thriving 19-year-old. That journey has fueled her passion for advocacy in the childhood cancer community, alongside her love for Nashville’s music scene. She’s still known to jump on stage whenever the chance arises, keeping her roots in the city’s vibrant performance culture.

Now, Jennifer has come full circle — blending her love of performance, storytelling, and connection every week on the air. Whether she’s interviewing top business leaders, spotlighting workplace trends, or swapping stories with fellow Nashvillians, she brings a mix of authenticity, warmth, and boots-on-the-ground Nashville spirit to every broadcast.
