Brantley Gilbert Finds a Buyer for Stunning Log Mansion

Brantley Gilbert has found a buyer for his jaw-dropping log mansion in Georgia, and pictures show a stunning property that lives up to its listing as a “dream country estate.”

The “Over When We’re Sober” singer listed his 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 6,484-square-foot log home in Maysville, Ga., on April 8, asking $3.5 million. According to online property sites, Gilbert received an offer, and a deal went into pending on Aug. 28.

The sale is not yet final, and the terms of the deal are not disclosed. If Gilbert received full asking price for his country estate, it breaks down to $540 per square foot and a monthly payment of $22,728.

TMZ reports that Gilbert built the house in 2010, but he decided to sell it after purchasing 300 acres of land nearby, where he plans to move.

Gilbert’s log mansion sits on just under 12 acres of gated, mostly untouched land outside of Jefferson, Ga.

The highlights of the luxurious rural property include:

  • Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and stone throughout the house.
  • A gourmet chef’s kitchen.
  • A large owner’s suite with an oversized walk-in closet and attached screened porch.
  • A detached man cave/shop building.
  • A heated saltwater pool and professional landscaping.

The official listing from Lamar Roberts and Sydney Roberts of Braselton Real Estate Group Inc. boasts that the property is “the ultimate in country estate living.”
