Costco Cups Go Viral for the Wrong Reason

Costco has a cult-like following — people love all aspects of shopping at the members-only warehouse store. Whether it’s their famous $1.50 hot dog combo or their rotisserie chickens, people seem to always be talking about Costco for whatever reason.

But this time, it’s for the wrong reason.

Costco Cups Go Viral — Oops!

Their post has since gone viral, and the comments are hilarious.

“Hate to say it … but looks like you got shafted,” jokes one user.

Other users don’t seem to be in on the joke.

“First time I used this I thought it was goofy. After figuring it out and using I was happy to ditch the cardboard straws!” adds another.

Others offer some insight on a possible future for the cup’s owner: “Hawk-Tuah kind of guy.”

Costco has yet to comment on the situation at hand, but most of the users on Reddit were quick to point out that the user of the cup had used it incorrectly, thus causing the NSFW moment to occur.
