Carly Pearce will fly city to city like a hummingbird: On Monday, the country star announced her Hummingbird world tour, in celebration of her new album of the same name, later this year.
“So thrilled to be announcing the 2024/2025 hummingbird WORLD TOUR,” Pearce wrote on Instagram. Tickets for the shows will go on sale on Friday, Aug. 9, at 10 a.m. local time, though fans with presale access can start acquiring tickets on Aug. 6.
Pearce will kick off her run in Canada in early October, before making her way to Europe and the U.K. in February. She will return stateside in March. For certain dates, Pearce will bring along Karley Scott Collins, Matt Lang, Wade Brown, and Carter Faith as openers.
Back in May, the singer shared that she’d be scaling back her tour for the album after being diagnosed with pericarditis, a heart condition. “We have all decided that it is in my best interest as I’m healing to alter my shows a little bit,” Pearce said at the time. “So if my shows look a little bit different, just know it’s because I have to keep my heart rate under control right now.”
The star’s heart rate likely rose during a show on Friday at WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, where she stopped her performance to have a concertgoer kicked out after they said something to Pearce. “I do not want him at my show… If you’re gonna be an asshole, then you’re gonna have to say it to me and get the fuck out of my show,” she said onstage as the concertgoer got escorted. “I do not have time for dicks.”
