- Wallen was arrested at Eric Church‘s new bar, Chief’s, on Broadway in Nashville.

- Numerous Tennessee legal firms note that a Class E felony charge of reckless endangerment could carry a one to six year sentence.

Morgan Wallen’s Mug Shot:
In Wallen’s mug shot, he’s seen smiling. His face shows more than a 5 o’clock shadow and his hair is a bit tussled, but it’s a much neater photo than his previous mug shot.
After Wallen was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct at Kid Rock’s bar in Nashville in 2020, he looked like the picture was taken mid-sentence. Back then, he had a mullet style haircut.
The stubble is similar in both pictures, but the old photo shows him with his mouth hanging open.
That arrest in May 2020 was for disorderly conduct.
So far, Wallen and his team have only made one statement. His lawyer Warrick Robinson told Nashville’s News Channel 5:
At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.
Wallen was released from jail after 3:30AM on Monday. His bond was $15,250 and his court date is set for May 3, the same day as the second of his two shows in Nashville.
