Luke Combs‘ downtown Nashville bar has an opening date — and it’s soon.
Category 10, the new Broadway bar and music venue attached to Combs’ name, will open to the public on Saturday, Nov. 2., according to a press release. The hot spot will hit the ground running with food, signature cocktails and live music for its first weekend.
Live music starts bright and early at 11 AM on opening day, with performances from local acts like Brother Maven, Paige Rosen and many more. Inside one of the venue’s four special entertainment enclaves, Hurricane Hall, patrons can take in an innovative new immersive light installation called “The Light Show.”
Opening weekend will spotlight “The Light Show” with a series of one-of-a-kind synchronized dance performances from Category 10’s dance team.
The venue will feature some more traditional attractions, like a stocked kitchen and two specialty cocktail recipes. Both of those are nods to Combs songs: One is the Beautiful Crazy Sangria, and the other, called Ain’t No Love, features vodka, watermelon puree, lemon sour and spicy agave.
Opening weekend will also offer brand-new merch items on the ground floor of Category 10.
Category 10 is located at 120 Second Avenue North in Nashville. It’s in the same building that formerly housed Broadway’s Wildhorse Saloon. The bar and venue features three levels of entertainment, including a rooftop bar, and a variety of different stages and entertainment spots throughout the 69,000-square foot hot spot.

Combs, who’s a Grand Ole Opry member, is opening his new bar in partnership with Opry Entertainment Group.
“It’s gonna be an awesome honky tonk. Downtown Nashville. Food. Spirits. You know, you name it,” he said when he announced the name of the bar. “Whatever you want, we’re gonna have it. It’s gonna be so much fun.”
