Luke Combs Shares Wedding Photos on 4th Anniversary

Luke Combs Shares Wedding Photos on 4th Anniversary

Luke Combs marked four years of marriage to his wife Nicole on Thursday (Aug. 1), and to celebrate, he shared a silly outtake from the couple’s wedding photo album.

In the picture, he and Nicole and are embracing on a beach in their wedding attire: But it’s a blurry action shot, with Combs and his wife dissolving into laughter mid-photo shoot.

Though the photo might be a little goofy, Combs’ caption is entirely heartfelt.

“4 years ago today I got to marry the woman of my dreams. We have two amazing sons now and an incredible life we’ve built together,” he writes.

“You have changed my world for the better in so many ways I can’t even begin to put it in words,” the country star goes on to say. “I love you! Happy anniversary!”

Combs may not be able to convey exactly how he feels about his bride, but he sure has tried: Several songs in his discography are inspired by Nicole, including “Better Together,” “Beautiful Crazy” and “Forever After All.”

Over on her social media, Nicole also had some sweet words — and photos — to share to mark the special day.

“These past 4 years brought us many adventures across the world, 2 sweet baby boys, and a whole lot of living!” she says on one Instagram Stories slide, set against another waterfront wedding snapshot. “Here’s to many more with you, my love. There’s nobody else I’d rather live this life with.”

She concluded her anniversary tribute with a black-and-white image of herself and Combs, quoting the title line from “Forever After All”: “Maybe some things last forever after all.”

Combs and his wife tied the knot on Aug. 1, 2020 in South Florida. At the time, People reported that the ceremony was at their home with family present. The guest list was fairly restricted, perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but they planned to hold a larger celebration later on.

The pair began dating back in 2016, when Combs was still a little-known musician with “no publishing deal, no record deal, no booking deal,” he told People.

“Everybody was like, ‘Yeah, this is never gonna work.’ And so I didn’t have anything when we met,” he added. They now have two young sons.

13 Country Stars Whose Kids We Never See

For every country artist that invites the world to see their kids, there is one who would rather you focus on the back of his head. These 13 country artists are quietly (or in one case, not) private when it comes to their kids. That means very few pictures and short responses if asked about them.
