Seven-time GRAMMY Award winning singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves is the next artist to take the stage for Apple Music Live – the live performance series that gives the biggest stars in music a platform to connect with audiences around the world.
The performance comes on the heels of her highly-acclaimed new album Deeper Well, which soared to No. 1 on the Apple Music’s country albums chart in 122 countries worldwide upon its release and landed in the top 10 of the all-genre albums chart in more than 40 countries, including the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Brazil and Australia.
The intimate, candlelit performance was filmed at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, where Musgraves recorded much of the new album. The hour long set features several songs from her new album Deeper Well, as well as beloved song “Golden Hour” and a stunning rendition of Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds.”
“Being on hallowed ground, creating this intimate set with my incredible band was such a joy for me and I can’t wait for you to enjoy it from the comfort of your own space,” Musgraves tells Apple Music. “Your spirits were in mind, and I hope you feel my heart and spirit in this show, too.”
The Apple Music Live performance will debut Wednesday, May 8 at 7pm PT / 10pm ET exclusively on Apple Music at apple.co/KaceyMusgravesAML and Apple TV+. Fans can also stream the Apple Music Live performance anytime on demand on both Apple Music and Apple TV+.
